Give always context to comment reply / thread chronology

Source of thread first then the order is from new to old

Today is not giving context or the hierarchy of discussion. Thread is mixed up with no clear chronology. Mainly when I come from notifications.

Example: this comes from a comment a made to Horacio and I have no context.

In this one Hierarchy should be:

My comment first because is the main one

Bellow the answers by chronology.

In this one I have no context of where this reply comes from, I should see my comment first which Eric is replying too.

And, I would love that when I am reading a comment from a text, text block... when I click it goes to content then I can see the context of the comment. Example here, I click the paragraph it goes to content where this belongs. Is this happening already?
