Stage 1: list of members with emails and site basic settings
Acceptance Criteria
Access Site Settings from the three dots menu on My Site, or the home document three dots options menu. My Site three dots options menu items are Site Settings and All documents.
Site Settings has its own section.
People List with three taps: Members, Writers, Email Subscribers.
Navigation Bar management is part of the settings section.
