For her the main benefit of the Seed tool and the way she is trying to sell it to the team is to be able to have a free/sovereignty tool compared to a traditional tools.

Also you need to avoid not to be distracted and be focus but understand what you can do

I'd expect some guidance of what I can do- progressive guidance

🔴 For her it seems as a passive space I can't participate

🔴 For her there is a guide to participate or not depending of how the sections are named. Podcast for example seems very passive.

I miss a previous indication to understand what I can do

🔴 She expects to have all the document organization on the homepage

🔴 In the home page she expects to have an intro space on the homepage and then all the categories about the "documentos de trabajo"

She confirms the logic we are implementing of layers structure is expected and useful to navigate

She feels the friction between having a professional profile or an individual one.

For her is very important to have a profile differentiation of the profiles where she comments from

🔴 She feels stuck with passkey she would expect another option

🔴 She doesn't feel comfortable adding passkey from a computer which is not personal, she feels blocked in this screen

I don't know what is the implication of this is so I will abandon the process

🔴 She would expect a standard validation on her email -> have a code and that's it - no passkey involved (She doesn't want it to be save on the computer)

🟢 Makes sense for her that you need to create an account to be able to comment, it feels like a more controlled space

Wrap up

🔴 She doesn't feel the tool is intuitive to use and all that it can offer, it needs a lot of previous explanation
