the problem was that the new code wanted to use the old keys because we do store both old and new keys in the same place

now we have a cleanup so old keys will be deleted when we do use the vault

overall, we are inside the 1min range to load the whole site (important stuff not entirely the whole thing like images...)

this code is on main already.
