Fixed code block syntax highlighting.

Fixed link toolbar closing when changing text.

Fixed list items margin in mobile browsers.

Started email notification refactor:

Added migration of accounts table to email_subscriptions with (accountId, email) primary key for subscriptions.

Updated relevant types and API endpoints.

Next week I will continue working on notifications refactor and implementing new subscribe feature for readers without an account.
